Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason and without any penalty. You can use the model form at the end of this page or any other unambiguous statement. If you are not correctly informed about this right, the period is extended by up to 12 months.
Exceptions
Withdrawal is not permitted in the cases provided for by law, such as goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, perishable goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection. For hygiene reasons, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not accepted.
Condition of the product
The product must be returned in good condition and, wherever possible, in its original packaging, with all its elements and without signs of use beyond what is necessary to check that it works properly.
How to request a return
Write to us at ruzannamakaryan53@gmail.com stating your name, order number and your decision to withdraw or return. We will confirm receipt and explain the steps to follow.
Return costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless the product is faulty or does not match what was ordered, in which case we cover it. If you collected the product in store, you can also return it there at no cost.
Refund
Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the corresponding amount, including standard shipping costs, using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your request.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products have a minimum legal guarantee of 3 years from delivery against any lack of conformity, in accordance with consumer regulations. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to its repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Always keep your proof of purchase.
